Prices are per room, in leva, and include:
- 3, 5, and 7 nights with breakfast, lunch, and dinner;
- 3 treatments per day, per person (2 physical therapy sessions and 1 partial massage);
- Use of 2 indoor heated mineral pools with hot tubs, a year-round outdoor mineral pool, a saltwater pool, and an outdoor hot tub;
- Spa area: contrast pool, sauna, herbal sauna, steam room, tropical shower;
- 2 fitness centers and a children’s center;
- Free Wi-Fi and an LED TV;
- Free parking with a limited number of spaces;
- Tourist tax, insurance, and 9% VAT;
Additional payment:
- Child aged 0–4 sharing a room with two full-paying guests: free
- Child aged 4 to 12 on an extra bed/armchair: 26 € per day (including breakfast, lunch, and dinner).
- Third adult on an extra bed/armchair: 36 € per day (includes breakfast, lunch, and dinner; treatments not included in the package).
- Additional charge for an apartment: 36 € per day
- Surcharge for a third adult in an extra bed—full treatment package—72 € per day
- Weekend surcharge for stays of 5 or more nights – 20 EURO / 39.12 BGN per day per room on Friday and Saturday
In the event of a cancellation up to 3 days before the check-in date or a no-show, a penalty equal to the cost of 1 night’s stay will be charged!
