Reservation and Cancellation Policy:
- The festive package requires an advance payment of 30% of the total package price.
- Cancellations of confirmed reservations made up to 25.11.2025 will not incur a penalty.
- For cancellations made after 26.11.2025, a penalty of 50% of the deposit paid will be applied.
- For cancellations made less than 20 days prior to arrival, or in case of a no-show on the day of arrival, the prepaid amount will not be refunded, and the reservation will be considered canceled.
